At Hedge & Hearth Holistics, we understand that a treatment isn’t something that simply happens to you.
Our approach to massage is thoughtful, adaptable and person-led. We seek to create space for you to slow down, reconnect with your body and experience therapeutic touch in a way that respects your comfort, boundaries and choices.
There’s no expectation to talk, disclose, or push through discomfort.

For now, here’s a little glimpse of what we’re working towards.
Therapeutic Massage
A personalised massage shaped around you.
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine, your treatment can be adapted according to your preferences, comfort and what your body needs on the day.
Pressure, positioning and areas of focus can all be discussed before and during your treatment.
Rest & Restore
Sometimes, you don’t need to do anything.
Rest & Restore will be a slower, gentler treatment created for those moments when you simply need somewhere to soften, breathe and switch off for a while.
No productivity required.
Consent-Led Bodywork
For anyone who appreciates a little more choice, communication and control around therapeutic touch.
You’ll be invited to set your own boundaries and preferences, and we’ll check in where appropriate throughout your treatment.
There’s never an expectation to tolerate something because you’ve already said yes.
Consent can change. And that’s okay.
Model Appointments:
Not quite open yet...
Hedge & Hearth Holistics is currently growing.
Until fully qualified in March 2027 we are not currently accepting paid treatment bookings.
But there is something happening behind the scenes...
As part of our training and practical development, a limited number of model appointments will become available from October 2026.
Appointments are carried out under supervision at Bella Marie Training Academy, Seaham at no charge to the client. These appointments have limited availability and the treatments offered may differ from those offered by Hedge & Hearth from March 2027,
